Joanna’s role within the Society is specifically to develop and manage the training and sponsorship relationships to the benefit of members.
Joanna has extensive experience of supporting the set up of new functions and services to reflect the changing needs of business objectives. As well as engaging and managing senior stakeholders across complex organisations.
Her experience with KPMG Consulting, GE Capital and a number of public sector organisations has led to excellent communication skills and relationship building at all levels and proven experience of project management, recruitment, selection and managing all aspects of people management. She has strong negotiation skills through her experience of setting up supplier contracts.She has led projects to deliver the rollout of new learning and training resources as well as setting up and leading teams.Her approach is based on the practical application of best practice PM and HR processes to deliver benefits for the operational performance of the organisation.
