Leeds Office Charity Challenge

Members of Mills & Reeve’s Leeds office are taking on their very own charity challenge in the form of the Yorkshire Three Peaks. 15 members of the Leeds team have very bravely (or stupidly) decided to take on Pen-y-Ghent, Whernside and Ingleborough in one day. The team will set off early on Wednesday 26 September and (hopefully) complete all three peaks within 12 hours or at least in time for last orders at the pub!

The challenge requires the participants to cover the same distance as a marathon combined with over 1500 metres (5200 feet in old money) of ascent. In the process, they are aiming to raise as much money as possible for three local charities. One of the chosen charities is Leeds Childrens Hospital, which is Leeds Law Society President David Cowgill’s chosen charity for the year.
