1. The High Court, Business and Property Courts in Leeds have a new email address to which all skeleton arguments, whatever the hearing, should be sent. The email address is:
This email address should be used ONLY for skeleton arguments in High Court cases in the Business and Property Courts in Leeds. The existing email addresses continue to apply to all other documents and cases INCLUDING all County Court cases (whether or not they are allocated as Business and Property Work).
2. Skeleton arguments should always be filed on-line through C-Filing where a case is on that system whether or not a skeleton argument is also sent by e-mail.
