Ganton Golf 2016
Kindly Sponsored by
In the 1920s, a group of Leeds Law Society members established an annual golf tournament that has endured at the same prestigious club since then.
Conceived as an informal day for friendly competition between solicitors without the pressures of the hard marketing sell or professional development, it has remained largely unchanged through the years, although we do now allow the odd outsider!
Ganton is ranked in the top 30 of Europe’s Championship courses and has hosted many national and international tournaments. Nestling in the Vale of Pickering, east of York and a few miles from Scarborough, our members can testify that a day at Ganton is a day to remember. This year being no exception, members and guests of Leeds Law Society thoroughly enjoyed a day of golfing, dining, networking and a bit of friendly competition followed by an awards ceremony to celebrate the days winners.
