Access to an Extensive Legal Library

Members of the Leeds Law Society may use the Sheila Silver Library of Leeds Beckett University at City Campus, Woodhouse Lane. Access is restricted to print resources only and not the online facilities. 

If you wish to use the library, please bring photo ID and your Leeds Unlocked card.

  • Members can check on the availability of their required books at Leeds Beckett University Library Catalogue. You will find academic books and some practitioner books here.
  • Access to the collection in the main Sheila Silver Libraryis generally from 9am to 7pm Mon-Fri and 11am-5pm at weekends but check our opening times before you visit.
  • Leeds Law Society members have reference access only to the collections.
